These are aimed at beginners, although people who
have tried their hand at using simple remedies in the past will
still learn from them.

Herbal Medicine for Beginners
Content
An introduction to the principles, practice and history of herbal medicine,
using the plants and spices that surround us to promote wellbeing. Learn
how to use herbs to alleviate common ailments. A fragrant and inspiring day
that includes a simple cream-making demonstration, herbal tea-tasting and an
educational wander through some green spaces.
