Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Herbal Medicine

Schia Mitchell Sinclair MSc MNIMH RCST

Saturday 9 January 2021

After publication of the government guidelines on Wednesday I am pleased to be able to confirm that, for the moment, I am permitted to see people face to face if we agree that it is necessary, subject to the all of the precautionary measures that are now becoming so second nature.  If you feel you need a face to face appointment do get in touch.
In the meantime I continue to be able to offer remote herbal medicine consultations.  I am available on Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom. You can find out more about how remote herbal medicine works here.   More information on how face to face craniosacral therapy sessions will work can be found here.

“Health is the greatest possession. Contentment is the greatest treasure. Confidence is the greatest friend.”
Lao Tzu

Health is infinitely precious. And how often do we only realise its true value when it becomes compromised or lost? But the human body is amazing - at once so fragile and at the same time so strong and resilient, it was designed to face challenges and overcome them.

Both craniosacral therapy and herbal medicine provide mechanisms through which we can gently help the body find its way back to health.

"Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity."
